Hey baby, can I buy you a drink As long as we’re at this bar Hey baby, what do you think? Maybe we can go far We'll do a couple shots Let me get to the point Let’s hop in my car Maybe ditch this joint Hey baby, can I buy you a drink I think you’ll have the time of your life Hey mister, I’ve got a drink And I can buy my own But the night is young We can have a little fun Can’t let you drink alone Let’s do a couple shots Take a little ride I’ll show you what I got I got nothing to hide Hey mister, you can buy me a drink I think you’ll have the time of your life Hey sugar, won’t you give me a kiss Now that we’re in my car I’m cocked, I’m loaded and I never miss And I’m shooting at your star Let’s hop in the back, mister, what do you say? You can take a test drive through my Milky Way Hey sugar, you can give me a kiss I think you’ll have the time of your life Hey baby, this car’s kind of small All we can do is spoon You’re kind of kinky and I’m kind of tall Why don’t we just get a room? You know, right around the corner there’s a funky motel They only take cash and the roaches don’t tell Hey honey, let’s do it right now I think we’ll have the time of our life Hey honey, I’ve had a good time But this room is just the pits I’ve got a little place that’ll blow your mind Granted, it’s not the Ritz But the ceiling’s not sticky and the sheets don’t smell Hell, why don’t we ditch this damn motel Hey honey, let’s do it again I think we’ll have the time of our life Hey honey, can I spend the night You know it’s getting kind of late I know we just met, but it feels so right It’s been more than just a date Make yourself comfy I’ll pour us a drink We can do it all again tomorrow What do you think? Yeah honey, let’s spend the night I know we’ll have the time of our life

Three Words 02:22
“I” is just a word I use When I refer to me It’s short and sweet And so complete It’s pure simplicity One word “You,” a brand new word I’ve learned You’re not exactly me Now there’s two What do I do? It’s true complexity Two words “Love” is one more word I’ve heard Between “you” and “me” These words, I’ve found Can all be bound In sweet complicity Three words Taken one by one they’re only words They have no meaning on their own But when you put them in a row They tell a story, don’t you know Three simple words I love you Words are often misconstrued I don’t know what you mean But to be clear My sweet, my dear All we need are three Three words By ourselves we’re only lonely souls We have no purpose on our own We stand alone without a clue But you and me in harmony Make the words come easily Three simple words I love you

You think you got it all figured out You think you’re on top You tell us what to believe You got us punching the clock You think you got a master plan But I can see the flaw You’ve got a funny way of thinking That your word is the law You see all the numbers But still you’re so blind You’re not counting on what’s in my mind It’s basic instinct We’re born to be free And it’s times like these That it matters to me You think you got it all figured out You’ve been watching the news They’ve got you on the edge of your seat Got you begging for clues You think you know the score But I don’t think you know what’s true You’re chasing questions That you’ll never find the answers to You can’t see the forest ‘Cause the trees got you blind The ones that they planted And grew in your mind It’s basic instinct We’re born to be free And it’s times like these That it matters to me I thought I had it all figured out With a wink and a nod I thought I had it under control I thought I was a god But every time I learn something new I have to take a step back And figure out if what I believe Is merely fiction or fact Do I see the big picture? Or am I just blind? Do I trust my vision Is it all in my mind? It’s basic instinct We’re born to be free And it’s times like these That it matters to me We thought we had it all figured out We thought we knew the plan Now it’s hard to know which way to go Or figure out just where we stand We thought we had it all figured out

Outside the snow is falling Inside the fire is warm Soon the spring will be coming If we just get through this storm Outside the temperature’s dropping Inside my fever’s high My mind is quietly racing While time keeps dragging by But time’s a river It only flows one way You can’t swim upstream You’ll just get swept away Time is a river The taker, the giver You get what you get And you’re bound to get wet But it’s fine It’s just the River of Time Outside the storm keeps raging Inside we play till dawn It’s a whiteout and a blackout One more night forever gone But time’s a river It only flows one way And time’s a-wasting If all we do is play Outside the wolves are howling Inside we hang by a thread The future’s still so uncertain And the past is almost dead But time’s a river It only flows one way Today’s a wash But tomorrow is another day

The Hunt 03:56
The hunt is on I’m on the prowl again I lie in wait outside your den I’m getting hungry Time to feed the beast You look delicious I could have a feast I aim to kill And not to maim It’s time to play And you’re the game The hunt is on I think I know my fate I’ll be yours But I’ll make you wait You’re getting hungry That’s my cue If I show myself What will you do? Will it be quick Can I trust your aim? Or you could miss And lose the game The archer draws his bow If the arrow strikes, you will know The hunt is on, come on Let’s go I look so innocent So meek and frail I’ll prance around And show a little tail I see your dance And that’s my cue I’ll have one chance And so will you You’ve set your sights I’ve fixed my aim You’re the hunter And you’re the game The hunt is on And hunger does not lie Like love it’s cruel It’s do or die You’ll be my dinner But you’ll have to pay In time all predators Become the prey We all must eat No shame or blame That’s why we play This deadly game The archer draws his bow Like Cupid, steady, slow The hunt is on, come on Let’s go

We got peaches We got plums You’ll find us here every year When summer comes Me and all my farmer friends We’ll be here till the season ends Jane’s got melons Jake’s got corn Bob’s got beans That he just picked this morn Homemade cider Homebrewed beer Come and get it ‘Cause we got it all right here The farmers market is coming to town Grab a basket and come on down See your neighbors, meet a new friend Grab some veggies, there’s no telling then It’s a party, it’s a jamboree The food is fresh and the music is free Get your fill of sun and moonshine You never know what you might find The farmer’s daughter’s cute And the whole damn thing’s a hoot We got herbs Gonna make a blind man see We’ll send you home With a homemade remedy Mugwort, wormwood Jimson weed Whatever funky thing You think that you might need The supermarket’s fine I guess If you’ve seen one you’ve seen the rest But me and all my farmer friends We view life through a local lens The farmers market is coming to town Grab a basket and come on down Get your fill and get your fix Grab some eggs, check out the chicks It’s a party, it’s a jamboree The food is fresh and the music is free The farmers bring it, that’s what we do We bring the best and leave the rest to you Take a bite, take a sip The whole thing’s quite a trip

The Tree 02:43
The crops are failing ‘cause it just won’t rain And the wells have all run dry The cows won’t milk and the hens ain’t laying And nobody seems to know why Ever since they built a tower From the oldest oak around They didn’t know its sacred power So they just cut it down Ha la, ha la, how were they to know They should have let it grow? They built that tower where the tree once grew And it all seemed fine at first And no one but one woman knew Why they had been cursed Belladonna was her name A sorceress by trade Of course they thought she was to blame And not the tower they made Belladonna saw their plight And knew what she must do The only way to make it right And reverse the curse they drew Late one night with the town asleep She approached the wooden tower Called to the spirit of the old oak tree And summoned all her power From her hand there flew a spark And the tower filled with smoke Soon the flames lit up the dark As the town awoke They gathered round to watch it burn As they all rubbed their eyes They saw the life they knew return Much to their surprise Bright and early the very next morn Belladonna came around To plant the seed to be reborn An acorn she had found Where the mighty oak once stood Majestic, proud and tall Not just lumber, not just wood But the source of life for all Ha la, ha la, now at last we know We should let it grow

Sleep Deep 04:01
Sleep deep and don’t cry Bid all your worries goodbye I’ll hold you tight through the night And you can let go Sleep deep and don’t cry Sweet dreams never die They’re reborn every morn But we never know, we never know why Life is filled with fear and dripped in dread It’s like a scary fairy tale we’ve read But don’t let those vicious visions fill your head I’ll chase those monsters out from under your bed Love is steeped in sorrow, soaked in tears It’s like a sacred song that no one hears But tomorrow when your sorrow disappears The tune will come like music to your ears Sleep deep and don’t cry I’ll sing a lullaby Just rest your head on my bed And let it all go Sleep deep and don’t cry Let those sweet dreams fly And right on cue they come true But we never know, we never know why
